Online Tee Times - Please Read Carefully
Booking Tee Times:
This web site will allow you to secure your tee time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for up to two months from the date of play.
You will be prompted to create a user profile your first time through this process. Once your profile has been completed, your email address that you indicate in your profile will become your "userid". You may choose any password; however it must be 5 characters or more in length.
Booking Policies:
There is a very high demand for playing Mahogany Run Golf Course, and many people are on limited travel schedules - we try to accommodate every request that we can for getting golfers on the course. This prepaid guarantee reservation system has been put in place to ensure that people actually use their tee time so that golfers that want to play Mahogany Run are not needlessly turned away. Thank you for your understanding.
If you reserve a tee time for less than a foursome, please expect that we will fill out the foursome for the tee time by adding other golfers. Online tee times may be reserved for two or more golfers.
The golf fee for each person that you make a reservation for is charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation booking. The golf fee includes the green fee and their share of a golf cart. The $5 nonrefundable web surcharge fee per person is also charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation booking.t
By prepaying for your reservation, you are agreeing to be charged the full golf fee for each golfer that you have reserved for, regardless of how many actually show up to play on the day and the time you have reserved. For example, if you guarantee a foursome and only three golfers show up for your tee time, you will not be issued a credit or any other compensation for the missing 4th player.
We do not want to have to charge you for a no-show or a short-show to your reservation. We would much rather have everyone in the reservation happy and out playing golf, and of course you would prefer not to have paid for something that you did not utilize. So - please follow the cancellation policy below if you are not able to honor your reservation.
Bookings are limited to a maximum of twelve players. The system will try to reserve consecutive tee times if you're booking more than a 4some. If consecutive times are not available, try to either book the first 4some into the tee time that is shown as available and find another open tee time for the remaining golfers, or try another tee time entirely and the system will again try to reserve consecutive tee times. All transactions are made in United States dollars.
Additional Services:
We have Callaway and Cobra rental clubs (in excellent condition) and Foot-Joy rental shoes available at the course. Please use the "note field" located below the tee time options on the website to inform us of your rental club requirements: right-handed men's, or left-handed women's, men's size 10 shoes, etc. - we will have everything ready to go in your cart when you arrive.

Inclement Weather:
Short bursts of rain are typical in St. Thomas during some months of the year. It is also common that it may rain on one side of the island and not on the other. St. Thomas rarely experiences lightning storms. In other words - we seldom have to close the course due to inclement weather. You should assume that the course will be open and available for play, and that your guaranteed prepaid tee time is still your responsibility. Your credit card will be credited in the event that the course is closed because of inclement weather (except for the web surcharge fee), however, it is your responsibility to contact the course to see whether the course is open for play.
Cancellation Policy:
Tee times reservations must be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to the day of play. Failure to cancel tee times without proper notification will result in the course retaining the full booking amount that was charged to your credit card. Please note that the $5 per person web surcharge fee is not refunded even if there is a cancellation prior to the 72 hour deadline.
